On June 9, 2025, a session on "How to plan goals and a career path" was held at the UMPT plant as part of the CDM project. The speakers were Muhiddinov Kamoliddin, Head of the recruitment department, and Inessa Aliyeva, a leading recruitment expert, who told the staff about methods of setting goals and building a career.
At the end of the event, an interactive quiz was held on the material covered, which helped consolidate knowledge, and active participants received memorable gifts.
This session became part of the UMPT plant's staff development program aimed at supporting each employee in achieving professional goals and personal growth.
