As part of the Business in Detail project, aimed at raising employee awareness about the business processes of UzAuto Motors Powertrain, a regular session was held with the participation of the Finance Director.

Ilkhom Radjabov conducted a training on the cost of production, where participants studied calculation methods and key cost components. Special attention was paid to optimizing costs and increasing production efficiency.

At the end of the training, a Question-and-Answer session was held, during which employees received clarifications on the aspects of the company's financial activities that they were interested in. The session allowed the participants to better understand how financial indicators affect the business and what mechanisms help manage the cost of production.
