"Work Week"—Another Program Aimed at Developing Our Staff!

This program is designed to provide employees with a more detailed understanding of the business and to enhance their knowledge. By taking on the role of production operators, employees learn about the characteristics and specifics of each workshop, study technological standards, and can practically assess how the GMS system implemented in our company operates.

Since the beginning of the year, employees from the Logistics Department, Procurement Department, and Human Resources Department have completed their work week in production.
