On May 7, 2025, an introductory tour was organized at the UMPT plant for students of Alfraganus University. Future specialists had the opportunity to get to know more about advanced technologies and digital solutions used in the production of engines.

The students were able to clearly see how theoretical knowledge is applied in practice, and talked with the company's specialists. Such events contribute to the formation of professional orientation among young people, as well as open up new opportunities for internship and employment. UMPT continues to expand cooperation with universities, supports the training of qualified personnel and contributes to the development of the industry.
