As part of the "Business in Detail" project, aimed at gaining an in-depth understanding of business processes at UzAuto Motors Powertrain (UMPT), the first training session was conducted by the Director of the Procurement Department, Abdurakhim Usmanov.

The training focused on key aspects of effective supplier selection and the impact of procurement on business success. Participants learned about the importance of collaboration between buyers and internal customers, how to properly evaluate proposals, and the factors influencing a company's success. Special attention was given to the procurement chain, fundamental principles, and best practices.

At the end of the training, participants engaged in a negotiation simulation, allowing them to apply their newly acquired knowledge in practice and experience the role of procurement specialists firsthand.
