On April 18, 2025, the UPM factory hosted an art therapy session aimed at supporting the emotional state of our employees as part of the Women's Board initiative. Under the strict guidance of professional psychologist Sabina Tabayeva, the participants immersed themselves in an atmosphere of creativity and self-discovery, discovering a tool for restoring inner balance.

The session was held in the format of practical work with symbols and visual images. This became a valuable experience for many participants, who noted that they were able to take a fresh look at their experiences and find a foothold in their daily professional and personal workload.

The meeting was particularly valuable due to the participation of invited colleagues from UzAuto Motors (Asaka plant), with whom they exchanged views on the importance of women's initiatives in production.
