On March 27-28, UMPT hosted a two-day training on developing negotiation and argumentation skills from WTraining. The participants were employees of various departments, for whom the ability to effectively negotiate is an integral part of their professional activities.
The training combined theoretical and practical parts, which allowed the participants not only to familiarize themselves with the basic methods and principles of successful negotiations, but also to work out the acquired knowledge in real situations. During the training, the emphasis was placed on strategies and tactics that help to reach mutually beneficial agreements, as well as on the importance of the ability to convince and argue one's position.
One of the key elements of the training was the DISC methodology, which helps participants understand different types of human behavior in the communication process. This knowledge allows you to fine-tune communication and effectively interact with colleagues and partners, taking into account their psychological characteristics.
Upon completion of the training, UMPT staff were able to improve their skills in negotiation, argumentation, and conflict resolution, which undoubtedly contributes to improving business processes and strengthening corporate relationships.
