The German delegation visited the "UzAuto Motors Powertrain" plant

As part of developing cooperation with the Federal Republic of Germany, the Bureau of German-Uzbek Economic Cooperation (DUWK Buro) at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan organized a visit to "Uzauto Motors Powertrain" by a delegation from the federal state of Thuringia, Germany.

The visit was led by the mayor of the city of Steinbach-Hallenberg, Markus Böthter. During their stay in Uzbekistan, the delegation is considering prospects for expanding cooperation in areas such as trade and economic relations, technological interaction, science, as well as training and professional development of personnel.

The guests familiarized themselves with the production capacities and innovative solutions applied in the casting production and assembly of engines at UMPT.
