At UzAutoMotors Powertrain, a special emphasis is placed on employee training and development. Every year, employees participate in training programs and enroll in leading universities not only in our republic but also abroad.

This year, our employee Ruslan Timonin, a quality control department manager with 11 years of experience at the company, won the master's scholarship program of the JDS Project 2024 and will study "Improvement of Transportation Infrastructure" at Yokohama National University in Japan.
