The award was presented to the CEO of UzAuto Motors Powertrain, Saidazim Gulyamov, by Oscar Quintanilla, Director of GM Ramos GPS (Mexico), on behalf of the entire GM Ramos team. In an official statement, General Motors representatives emphasized that the engine manufacturing plant in Uzbekistan received high recognition thanks to the consistent support of production processes and the supply of high-quality components, with an FTQ rate exceeding 97.5%. UzAuto Motors Powertrain CEO Saidazim Gulyamov noted:

It should be recalled that in December 2024, UzAuto Motors Powertrain began exporting cylinder blocks for the CSS Prime engine family. Deliveries are being made to the General Motors assembly line in Latin America. To date, 19,980 cylinder blocks have been shipped, and by the end of the year, this figure will increase by another 20,736 units. This latest award for UzAuto Motors Powertrain serves as a clear confirmation of the company’s importance in General Motors’ global supply chain and reaffirms its status as a reliable partner in the international market.
