Job duties:

  • Interactionwith localstakeholders onthe specifications, terms, strategies, and supply base, including the Office forRelationswith suppliers-supportto meet theexpectations of customers
  • Guide stakeholders (management level) about regulations, processes and support with strategic planning
  • Assist in the smooth running of purchasing activities, advise about strategic directions for sourcing, appropriate approach/process
  • Act as communication channel when direct route not available/known in escalating situations requiring immediate attention/resolution – assess independently and act fast
  • Identify local suppliers for localization activities and support developing them to the required level with help and assistance of Supplier Quality and Supplier Development organizations

Required Experience and Educational Background:

  • Preferred higher education in engineering or economics
  • Preferred previous experience in purchasing in multi-national environment
  • Experience within Purchasing Organization and/or Finance
  • Languages: Russian, English and Uzbek at an advanced level.
