On Friday, May 12, SWE training was held for managers of UzAuto Motors Powertrain.
SWE training (Workflow Simulation) allows, using the example of engine mock-ups, to learn in a short period the order of engine assembly, as well as to study standard processes at a conveyor line workstation, using the principles and tools of the GMS system.Thanks to this training, the company's top management received a more detailed understanding of the work of operators on production lines. In the future, this will increase employee productivity and reduce staff turnover by improving working conditions.
