On April 30, 2025, UMPT participated in Job Fairs held at three leading higher education institutions in the country: the University of Westminster in Tashkent, Tashkent State Transport University and the Belarusian-Uzbek Interdisciplinary Institute of Applied Technical Qualifications.

The company actively supports the professional development of students, creating career prospects for them. Participation in such events allows UMPT to build partnerships with universities, identify promising staff and offer youth opportunities for internships and further employment.
