On June 24, 2025, UMPT held a session on the topic “Career and Competencies” as part of the CDM (Career Development Month) project. The event aimed to develop key skills essential for building a successful career across various company departments.

Participants were introduced to current requirements in the fields of procurement, finance, engineering, and HR, as well as the real expectations of managers in recruitment and employee development.

The session covered topics such as critical thinking, communication, adaptability, teamwork, leadership qualities, and professional growth in a changing environment.
