Production foremen play a key role in the transfer of information between employees and management. It is important that they are able to present information effectively, whether it is meetings, trainings or planning meetings. Presentation skills help team leaders to clearly communicate tasks, ensure understanding among employees and improve overall work efficiency.

For 3 months, UMPT (UzAuto Motors Powertrain) has been undergoing an intensive master training program "Team Leader Certification". This is a modular program based on the study and development of key skills necessary for team leaders in production. In November, the program participants received training in presentation and public speaking skills from the company's internal trainers. Within the framework of this module, topics such as the structure of the presentation, contact with the audience, as well as visual aspects of information transmission were studied.

Training in these skills helps to improve internal communication in the enterprise, increase employee engagement and create a productive atmosphere, which ultimately leads to an increase in overall work efficiency.
