On June 12, 2025, a regular session on "Office Day" was held at the UPM plant as part of the CDM (Career Development Month) project.

On this day, the pre-selected employees of the production units had the opportunity to spend a working day in an office environment. The initiative was aimed at broadening the horizons of employees, familiarizing them with the activities of administrative departments, as well as strengthening mutual understanding between the office and production.

The CDM project continues to open up new horizons for UMPT employees, creating a platform for professional growth, experience exchange and the formation of a closer corporate culture. UMPT is a place where everyone can grow up.
