On July 29, 2024, representatives from the Human Resources Department and the Recruitment Division organized a tour for all students undergoing internships at the UMPT plant.

The main goal of the event was to help the interns gain a deeper understanding of the production processes, the plant’s structure, and modern equipment.

During the tour, the students visited key workshops of the enterprise: the foundry, the machining workshop, and the engine assembly shop. They had the opportunity to ask questions, observe the actual operation of the equipment, and gain valuable knowledge to complement their theoretical training.

The tour proved to be a valuable and engaging experience for all participants. It provided a clearer understanding of how work is organized at a large industrial enterprise and highlighted the importance of coordination across all stages of production.

At the end of the visit, the students thanked the organizers for the opportunity to see the plant from the inside and to feel like part of a real production team.
