On October 16, a meeting took place at the UzAuto Motors Powertrain (UMPT) plant between UMPT Managing Director Saidazim Guliamov and students from Tashkent State Economic University.
This meeting is part of a collaboration program with higher education institutions aimed at attracting young, talented professionals to the enterprises of the Uzavtosanoat system.
Saidazim Guliamov presented information about the company, its mission and values, and discussed new projects.
The Managing Director also emphasized that UMPT is always eager to welcome young, ambitious, and talented individuals.
Key topics of the meeting included internship and employment opportunities at UMPT, the competencies required for specialists in the automotive industry, and programs for professional growth and development.
As part of the visit, students were given a tour of the production facilities, where they learned about the work of the quality control foundry laboratory and the foundry shop itself. The tour continued with an explanation of the engine parts machining process and the assembly line for the B-DOHC engine. After the factory tour, participants had the opportunity to engage in a Q&A session.
Preparing a new generation of professionals is an important mission for both UMPT and the automotive industry as a whole. If you want to grow and develop, apply for an internship and advance with UMPT!
