On January 10, 2025, UMPT hosted a "Spill Drill," an exercise dedicated to the containment and elimination of potential chemical spills.

The main goal of the drill was to educate employees on the importance of proper actions in the event of various chemical spills and to prevent them from contaminating the environment. It is worth noting that UMPT uses more than 100 types of chemicals in the production of engines and components, making this training essential. The drill was conducted by a team of chemists with the participation of production staff.
