For 2 months, UzAuto Motors Powertrain (UMPT) took a management skills development course as part of the company's internal training program.

The aim of the course is to provide participants with practical tools for effective team management, improve their leadership skills and help establish successful interaction with colleagues and subordinates.

The course participants are managers who already have experience in management, but strive to improve their skills and expand their knowledge. The course included both theoretical classes and practical training aimed at solving real work tasks. Case study methods, role-playing games and group discussions were used, which allowed participants not only to theoretically assimilate the material, but also to immediately apply knowledge in practice. Continuous development and self–improvement is one of the main competencies for future leaders.
