To develop these competencies, on August 26, UzAuto Motors Powertrain (UMPT) hosted a business simulation called “Thirst for Speed”, aimed at enhancing skills in rapid decision-making, working under uncertainty, and fostering effective communication between departments.
During the simulation, participants immersed themselves in a dynamic scenario that modeled real business situations, gaining practical experience in making decisions under conditions of limited time and information.
