On November 11, a series of Onboarding sessions began for our company’s managers. This training supports an improved integration process for new employees, introducing them to the company’s culture and values.

Special attention was given to adaptation monitoring methods, allowing effective tracking of each employee's progress and ensuring a smooth transition into the work environment.
