Annually, the HR department of UzAuto Motors Powertrain launches an internal trainer development program aimed at maintaining a high culture of training and development within the company.

Employees selected for the program undergo theoretical training and then begin to practice their trainer skills by conducting training sessions and workshops under the guidance of a more experienced mentor. The result of the program is a new group of internal trainers who can support the company in situations where employee training is a part of the work process at all levels of the organization.
