As part of our university collaboration program and to attract talented young specialists to UzAutoSanoat enterprises, UMPT has launched a month dedicated to introducing university students from Tashkent to the company’s culture, activities, and processes, offering them a firsthand experience of our plant environment.

On November 12, students from New Uzbekistan University, Westminster International University, and Singapore Institute of Management Development were the first participants. They enjoyed a meeting with company leaders, who addressed their questions, an informational tour of the plant, and an engaging educational game.
