“Staff Involvement is a necessary criterion for effective work of any organization. UzAuto Motors Powertrain, within the framework of People Involvement Month, held another interactive session dedicated to the team concept and how much the team leader's performance depends on the size of the team. This game allowed to simulate the production process from cascade training to direct production. The participants were able to see how important it is to follow all stages of training and how, in case of incomplete learning of the training material, it can affect the final product the team is working on.
