Every Tuesday in November, our company holds an Open Day, where we open our doors to students from leading universities in the country. This project is being implemented as part of cooperation between Uzavtosanoat JSC and higher education institutions. This week, we were visited by students from universities such as AMITY, INHA and Yangi O‘zbekiston.

We have prepared a rich program for the students:

• Presentation of the UMPT company and a video review of our manufacturing facility, where participants could see how engines are created based on advanced technologies.

• A question and answer session with representatives of our IT Department, where students could learn about the company's current and future projects.

• Participation in a quiz: the most active participants who quickly and correctly answered questions on the information received were awarded memorable prizes.

• An info tour of the plant, during which students were able to get acquainted with the production processes on the spot and see how our company works from the inside.

But we didn't stop there! Questions about vacancies and selection stages after graduation were also not left without attention. Our specialists from the HR Department told us about all the opportunities for starting a career at UMPT and how to join our company's team. We are sure that the future belongs to those who strive for knowledge and development. Therefore, we invite students and young professionals to join our team and create their future together with UMPT!
