UzAuto Motors Powertrain held a training session titled "DISC and Generational Theory in Team Building," bringing together managers from various departments across the company.

During the training, participants explored how individual behavioral styles based on the DISC model, as well as generational differences, influence communication, leadership approaches, and overall team effectiveness. Special attention was given to developing mutual understanding, constructive communication, and effective collaboration within teams.
Through practical case studies, participants analyzed real workplace situations, learned to better understand their colleagues' behavioral characteristics, build productive dialogue, and apply modern management tools to achieve shared goals.
