As part of Business Awareness Month, employees of UzAuto Motors Powertrain experienced it firsthand right on the production floor during a business quest.

Five teams were fully immersed in real manufacturing processes: completing an assessment center for candidates, performing quality control, calculating production costs, managing parts logistics for assembly, responding to non-standard situations on the line (Andon Call), and understanding the role of the Facilities Management Department in maintaining stable production operations.

The business quest offered employees a fresh perspective on the work of other departments and helped them see each team’s contribution to the company’s overall success.
