On May 7, Business Awareness Month officially kicked off at the UzAuto Motors Powertrain plant.

The first day of the project focused on where it all began: the history of the plant’s construction, the development of the production system, and the company’s journey of growth and establishment.
Through the story of the plant’s creation, employees gained a better understanding of how the enterprise’s production system was formed, the principles that laid its foundation, and how they continue to shape the company’s operations today.
