As part of the Business Awareness Month initiative, a seminar titled “Women in Business” was held at UzAuto Motors Powertrain.

Today, women successfully realize their professional potential across a wide range of fields—from manufacturing and quality management to the transportation industry and high-tech sectors. Their expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to continuous development make a significant contribution to achieving business objectives and fostering societal progress.

The guest of honor at the event was Shakhnoza Sherboevna Berdiyorova, the first female train operator of Toshkent Metropoliten JSC. Participants also had the opportunity to hear from Natalya Anatolyevna Galiyeva, Senior Inspection Master of the Quality Control Department at our plant, who shared her professional experience.
