On April 6, 2026, UzAuto Motors Powertrain hosted another meeting as part of the Woman’s Board project.

The event brought together female employees of the company to exchange experiences, discuss personal and professional development, and outline plans for the future.

During the meeting, participants reflected on the results of 2025 and revisited the sessions held throughout the year, including:

• Art therapy sessions
• Sessions on women’s health and safety
• A meeting with a stylist-colorist
• Personal branding development trainings
• Sessions focused on psychological growth

Participants also shared their ideas and suggestions regarding topics and speakers they would like to see in 2026.
