UzAuto Motors Powertrain has successfully completed the “Kaizen & CI Month” project, aimed at developing a culture of continuous improvement and experience sharing among employees.

As part of the project, training sessions and an interactive team game were conducted, and a study visit to the plant in Asaka was organized for employees with the most effective initiatives. In addition, a session was held with the participation of students from universities in Tashkent.

In total, more than 130 employees and over 40 students took part in the project, marking an important step in strengthening the culture of Continuous Improvement within the company.
