On March 27, the workshop “Problem Solving in a Fast-Moving Environment” was held for UzAuto Motors Powertrain  employees by Daryl Capanzana, a TechWomen mentor.

Daryl is a product lead with experience at Tesla and Twitter, where she worked on scaling products and solving complex operational challenges, including the Model 3 global rollout.

The goal of the workshop was to explore how to approach complex problems within tight timeframes. During the session, UzAuto Motors Powertrain employees learned different problem-solving methods and how to combine systems thinking with design thinking. Daryl also shared practical insights from her experience in Silicon Valley.

Employees actively participated in discussing real-life scenarios and expressed their appreciation for the opportunity.
