On March 30, 2026, a training session was held at UzAuto Motors Powertrain, focused on effective onboarding of new employees, process optimization within the 1C system, as well as instructions on conducting these processes in an electronic format.

During the training, participants were provided with an overview of the employee onboarding process, including its key components, its critical role in the successful integration of new employees into the company, and best practices for structuring and implementing this process in practice.

Special attention was given to the optimization of the onboarding process, including the transition from a paper-based format to an electronic one using the 1C system. Participants were also informed about the implemented changes, the procedure for working with the onboarding module in the system, and the distribution of roles and responsibilities among the participants in the process.
