Educational Session for Students Held at UzAuto Motors Powertrain as Part of CI & Kaizen Month

On March 26, 2026, an educational session for university and college students was organized at the UzAuto Motors Powertrain plant as part of CI & Kaizen Month. The event brought together students from various universities and technical colleges in Tashkent and was dedicated to the topics of Continuous Improvement (CI) and Kaizen.

During the session, speakers explained how continuous improvement processes are implemented at UzAuto Motors Powertrain and how employees’ CI and Kaizen ideas are put into practice.

Students were also provided with practical advice on how to become qualified professionals and drive innovation in the future.

At the end of the event, a Quiz game was organized to reinforce the knowledge gained, and memorable gifts were awarded to the winners.
