On March 17, UzAuto Motors Powertrain organized a training session on the topic “The Thomas–Kilmann Model: How to Manage Conflicts in a Team.” Participants learned about five strategies for handling conflict situations and practiced choosing the most effective approach depending on the circumstances.
They worked through real cases, shared experiences, and developed their communication skills.
A strong team is not one without conflicts, but one that knows how to manage them.
