March 10, a reporting session for the “STEAM Academy” program was held at UzAuto Motors Powertrain. The program, launched in 2021, is designed to develop a talent pool and provide career growth opportunities for production personnel.

During the meeting, participants shared their achievements and development over the first six months of their participation in STEAM Academy. They spoke about the experience they gained, the new skills they developed, and the results they were able to achieve.

The session was also attended by their coaches and mentors, who shared their observations and provided feedback on the participants’ progress.
