On March 3, 2026, UzAuto Motors Powertrain held its first training session titled “Kaizen at UzAuto Motors Powertrain” as part of the “KAIZEN & CI MONTH” project.

The speaker was Kaizen Coordinator Kamoliddin Jamalov. During his presentation, he подробно explained the procedure for submitting Kaizen/CI ideas, the criteria for their evaluation, and clarified the differences between initiatives classified as Kaizen and proposals that do not fall under this format.

Such sessions are aimed at increasing employees’ awareness of the company’s internal processes, fostering a unified understanding of Kaizen principles, and further developing a culture of continuous improvement at UzAuto Motors Powertrain.

As part of the “KAIZEN & CI MONTH” project, a series of additional activities is also planned for employees, including master classes conducted by company executives, interactive formats, and other themed events.
