UzAuto Motors Powertrain became a partner in an educational project in the field of Human Resource Management (HRM), carried out by third-year students of the International Westminster University in Tashkent.

As part of the project, students analyze the company’s HR practices to study existing processes and develop practical recommendations for their further improvement. This collaboration is conducted within the academic curriculum and aims to expand professional knowledge, build practical understanding of HR functions, and develop analytical and research skills among future specialists.

Within the framework of the cooperation, managers from the Recruitment, HR Services and Compensation, as well as HR Business Partnership and Labor Relations departments of the HR Division conducted an HR Module session for the students. During the meeting, key HR processes of the company, the specifics of their implementation, and the strategic approach to human resource management were presented in detail.

Special attention was given to answering students’ pre-prepared questions, which were necessary for the high-quality preparation of their project work.
