Corporate Workshop at UzAuto Motors Powertrain: Strategic Priorities for 2026

On December 13, 2025, a corporate workshop was held at UzAuto Motors Powertrain with the participation of department directors. The event was dedicated to the development and alignment of key goals and metrics for the deployment of the 2026 Business Plan (Business Plan Deployment, BPD).

During the meeting, participants discussed priority areas of activity and defined target indicators in such critical areas as safety, human resource management, product quality, operational responsiveness, cost optimization, and environmental protection.

In addition, department heads reviewed and approved KPI targets for all divisions for 2026. The established indicators will serve as the basis for evaluating departmental performance and will ensure the coordinated achievement of the Company’s strategic objectives.
