EQ in Action: How UzAuto Motors Powertrain Develops Mature and Conscious Leadership

In November 2025, our team of mid-level managers completed an intensive two-day training, “Emotional Intelligence for Leaders,” conducted by the Global Competence / “RG” Skills Development Center and led by Lola Razzakova, a senior business trainer and methodology expert.

According to Gallup’s Global Leadership Report: What Followers Want (2025), employees worldwide expect trust, empathy, and stability from their leaders — the key qualities of emotional intelligence. This is why developing EQ is especially important for mid-level managers, who shape team atmosphere, communication quality, and employee engagement on a daily basis.
