On November 12, 2025, our plant became a place of inspiration as we welcomed 11th-grade students from School No. 277 of the Sergeli District as part of the Drive for Dreams program. The students visited key production areas, saw how modern engines are created, and learned about the engineering technologies behind each stage of manufacturing. For the students, it was an opportunity to experience the real world of STEM fields—not from a textbook, but from inside a truly high-tech production environment. We believe that such visits help teenagers broaden their horizons, make thoughtful career choices, and find inspiration for their future in technology, science, and engineering.
