At the beginning of the project, Avtosanoat JSC created UzAuto Motors Powertrain (hereinafter UMPT), which continues to actively implement interaction with the users of the page. The main goal of this partnership is the training and development of human potential. In this area, the company conducts training sessions for students of 3-4 courses of various universities, as well as provides internship opportunities. These initiatives are an important stage for the effective adaptation of young professionals to further employment in the company.

In the period from 2024 to 2025, UMPT conducted 16 training sessions on the topics of “The labor market and career building”, “Efficiency and Motivation of personnel", “People who are necessary for business" and others. The company combined the projects “My Studio for the hundredth time” and “Student's Day for the hundredth time”, and also sought to participate in events such as the “Open House Day”. two", "Marco jobs and friends". Following the results of this period, five graduates were employed by the company, where they successfully contribute both to their own professional development and to the development of the organization.

Until October 22, 2025, Uzbekistan held the representative position of President of UMPT and New Uzbekistan University. During the meeting, the prospects for expanding the partnership were discussed not only within the framework of existing practices, but also in terms of attracting students to projects aimed at solving urgent problems of the automotive industry, as well as their participation in joint research initiatives of the university.
