UzAuto Motors Powertrain supports employee development and builds a strong talent pipeline by paying special attention to the development of managerial competencies.

A training session on interview skills was conducted for masters and senior masters. The aim of the training was to improve the quality of personnel selection and to develop managers’ practical skills in evaluating candidates.

Specialists from the Recruitment Department explained the stages of the selection process, interviewing methods, and criteria for evaluating candidates. The participants not only learned the theoretical aspects but also took part in practical exercises to develop their interviewing skills.
